Website terms of use

The terms that apply when you use this website. By using the site, you agree to them.

1. About us

This website is operated by Kryptech Systems (Pty) Ltd, a private company registered in South Africa.

These details are provided in line with section 43 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002.

2. Using the site

You may use the site to learn about our services, book calls and contact us. Please don't misuse it — for example, by attempting to break its security, sending spam through the forms, or copying it in bulk.

3. Prices and quotes

Prices shown on the site (“from R…”) are typical starting points to help you plan. They aren't offers. Every project is quoted to scope, and only a written quote or agreement signed by both parties is binding. Prices are in South African rand.

4. Our content

The site's design, text, code samples, graphics and logo belong to Kryptech Systems (Pty) Ltd or its licensors. You may share links to it, but may not reuse its content without written permission. Projects marked “concept” are illustrative and don't represent client work.

Ownership of work we build for clients is set out in each project agreement. Our standard position is that clients own the source code, design and content once the project is paid for.

5. Accuracy and availability

We keep the site accurate and available, but it's provided “as is”. We don't guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Information on the site — including anything about fintech or trading tools — is general and is not financial, investment or legal advice.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Kryptech Systems (Pty) Ltd isn't liable for loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008, where it applies.

7. Other websites

Links to other sites, such as Calendly, WhatsApp or LinkedIn, are provided for convenience. We aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.

8. Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information under POPIA.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
